Technical Visit to Gear Manufacturing Partner Strengthens Cooperation and Project Development

On June 16, the T&B team conducted an on-site visit to one of our key gear manufacturing partners in Zhejiang Province to review the progress of two spur gear projects and further strengthen technical collaboration.

 

During the visit, the factory's management and engineering teams provided a comprehensive introduction to their manufacturing capabilities and production processes. The facility specializes in medium- and high-precision gear production and offers a complete manufacturing chain covering gear forgings, gear shafts, CNC machining, hobbing, gear grinding, heat treatment, surface treatment, and final inspection.

 

The factory is equipped with advanced gear manufacturing and testing equipment, supported by experienced technical personnel and a well-established quality management system. These resources provide strong support for the production of high-performance gear components used in demanding industrial applications.

 

Both teams conducted detailed discussions regarding the technical requirements, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and optimization opportunities for the two ongoing spur gear projects. Through in-depth analysis and engineering exchanges, a common understanding was reached on key technical points and project execution plans.
