European Customer Delegation Visits T&B to Explore New Casting Cooperation

T&b recently welcomed a visiting team from a long-term European customer. The delegation included the Casting Purchasing Manager and the Foundry Plant Director, reflecting the customer's strong commitment to further strengthening cooperation with T&B and its manufacturing partners.   

 

The visit began on the afternoon of March 4, followed by a three-day factory tour organized by the T&B team. Together, both sides visited five partner factories located in Ningbo, Jiaxing, and Shanghai, gaining deeper insight into production capabilities, casting technologies, and quality control systems.  

 

 

Among the visited suppliers, the customer team expressed particular satisfaction with TBTH Foundry, especially its casting processes and technical capabilities. After detailed discussions and factory inspection, the customer confirmed that TBTH meets their supplier qualification requirements and can be considered a reliable partner for future projects. During the meetings, the customer also submitted two new RFQs for potential cooperation. 

 

Another supplier specializing in stainless steel investment casting also impressed the visiting team.  The customer highly praised the supplier's performance in several key areas, including wax pattern production, shell removal processes, and environmental control within the production facility. 

 

 

After three days of factory visits and technical exchanges, the customer team gained a comprehensive understanding of the suppliers’ capabilities and production capacity. They described the trip as highly productive and successful, helping both sides strengthen mutual trust and communication.  

 

As a next step in deepening the partnership, the customer also invited the T&B team to visit their foundry in Europe this May, providing another valuable opportunity to further enhance cooperation and explore new projects together.
