The gear factory, found in 1995, equipped with over 300 sets of various kinds of gear machines, CNC machines, 8 heat treatment lines, and professional inspection machines. Focusing on supplying auto parts to vehicle manufacturers, it exports the products mainly to the USA and Europe.

The factory has a product portfolio covering 10 series and over 200 different specs. It is certified with ISO9001 and TS16949, with annual production capability reaching 800K Helix Bevel Gear and 1.2M Cylindrical Gear. 

The machining factory has more than 200 employees and over 100 sets of CNC machines and other advanced machining equipment. It supplies turbo shell for auto and heavy trucks in American, Europe and Chinese markets, as well as high precise parts for trains in China.

It is certified with TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001, with Honeywell USA, Koler USA, Holset England, Mettler-Toledo (China), and Lida France as its big clients.

Covering 33,000 square meters with building area of 10,000 square meters, the factory has 120 employees, of whom 20 are engaged in engineering and technical support. Equipped with the advanced automatic ZZ416 vertical shooting press molding machine, it produces nodular iron and grey iron in a 100% automatic production line.

The products are widely used in bulldozers, grabs, universal machines, automobiles and valves. Its production capacity of models reaches 440 boxes (408*600*330mm/1-15kgs) per hour, and of sand mixture, 120 tons per hour.

The forging factory plant covers an area of 30,000 square meters and is equipped with 10-ton electro-hydraulic forging hammers, 3-ton free forging hammers, 750 kg air hammers, and five heavy-duty vertical lathes. In addition, the company operates various machining equipment, including boring, milling, drilling, and grinding machines.

The main products are carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel forgings, including shafts, discs, and rings with a unit weight of up to 10 tons.
